JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee and manage Electrical Technicians in their daily tasks and project-related duties.

Experienced professionals are sought to oversee the installation, rigorous testing, and commissioning of fire alarm and electrical systems, as well as to perform ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.

Ensure meticulous oversight to uphold superior workmanship quality and strict adherence to established safety protocols.

Diagnose intricate electrical and fire system malfunctions and implement effective resolutions to restore optimal functionality.

Oversee the planning and execution of both preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Ensure strict adherence to all applicable electrical codes, fire safety regulations, and established company protocols to maintain operational integrity and regulatory compliance.

Proficiently analyze electrical layouts, schematics, and fire system drawings to accurately understand and interpret their contents.

Compiles comprehensive technical reports, detailed service documentation, and thorough project records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained and accessible for stakeholders.

Work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and HSE personnel to ensure seamless coordination during installation and servicing activities.

Proven expertise in identifying and resolving complex technical issues efficiently is essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, are necessary. Holding an HND, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline is essential for this position.

A minimum of four to six years of hands-on experience in electrical and fire safety systems is required.

A minimum of two years of leadership experience within a technical setting is required.

Proficiency in fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and electrical control systems is essential.

Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues within electrical and fire protection systems.
