Daily attendance, client visitations, and movement tracking are to be verified and documented as required.
Conduct comprehensive on-site assessments of prospective entrepreneurs, visiting both their business premises and residential addresses to meticulously evaluate their viability and potential.
Verify all required documentation from prospective entrepreneurs, including the trading license, land agreement, tenancy agreement, spouse’s consent, as well as details for the nominee and guarantor.
• Compile and finalize all required documentation for loan disbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Gather all necessary documentation from individual clients as well as for loan disbursement purposes.
Ensure the timely processing and completion of monthly installments via mobile money or bank transfer.
Compiles and maintains accurate reports, ensuring all target plans are properly documented.
After loan disbursements, conduct on-site visits to borrower locations to assess their progress, verify the use of funds, and ensure compliance with loan terms and conditions.
I will conduct regular on-site inspections to verify the accuracy and quality of disbursements.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers and legal representatives to facilitate the execution and completion of essential legal documentation.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting requisitions on a weekly and monthly basis to facilitate loan disbursement.
Ensure the accurate disbursement of funds and the timely recovery of overdue amounts on a monthly basis.
Ensure timely collection and submission of information regarding the borrower’s or their dependents’ death to the relevant insurers.
• Conduct follow-up actions to recover written-off loans and ensure funds are deposited into the appropriate accounts.
Consistently uphold the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct and ensure all interactions with clients are conducted with the highest standards of respect and professionalism.
Consistently deliver exceptional service to clients both in the field and at the branch office to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Listen attentively to clients’ complaints, concerns, and opinions, ensuring their perspectives are fully understood and addressed with responsive action.
Compiles and submits periodic progress reports in accordance with established timelines and protocols.
A key responsibility involves fostering a robust safeguarding culture throughout the entire program by executing the safeguarding policy with diligence and consistency.
Provide essential guidance, support, and expert knowledge on safeguarding measures to foster a secure and compliant working environment.
Ensure team members receive adequate training, support, and resource access to address and resolve identified issues in compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
In the event of any reportable incident occurring, ensure adherence to the safeguarding reporting procedure and promote its use among others.
Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong analytical capabilities to interpret data effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello, is preferred, as is experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is required, and prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
Applicants must possess at least a Senior High School Certificate, specifically the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
Prepares and processes cash and bank transactions, including the preparation of cash requisitions and cash certificates, and conducts bank reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial records.

• Qualifications: A minimum of one year’s hands-on experience within the microfinance sector or a financial institution is required.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel with a strong command of their respective functionalities to efficiently manage documents, analyze data, and create reports.

Proficient English writing and reporting skills are required.
