Job Summary

The Front Desk Executive will act as the primary liaison for patients and visitors, delivering a warm and organized front-office experience. Proactively market the hospital’s services, comprehensive packages, and specialized care options to both in-person visitors and telephone inquiries.

Transform inquiries into secured appointments and finalized procedures.

• Pursue leads, follow up on missed appointments, and address patient inquiries promptly and thoroughly.

Identify prospects to enhance revenue by promoting additional hospital services such as health check packages or specialist consultations, thereby maximizing customer value and service utilization.

Deliver outstanding customer service to elevate the patient experience, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Address patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, elevating issues to appropriate personnel when required to ensure timely resolution and maintain high standards of care.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions. Prior experience with project management software and CRM systems is preferred. Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking a candidate with at least one to two years of demonstrated experience in front desk operations, receptionist duties, sales support, or administrative functions.

• Strong capability in both verbal and written communication.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities judiciously, and adhere to strict deadlines.
