This role involves delivering exceptional Mathematics instruction to secondary school students, adhering to the standards set by the Cambridge International Curriculum. Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including leading strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and industry standards. Plan, develop, and deliver dynamic Mathematics lessons in strict accordance with the Cambridge International Curriculum to ensure alignment with educational standards.
• Equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve top results in Cambridge examinations by employing dynamic and results-driven teaching methodologies.
Develop lesson plans that foster critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities among students.
Deliver instruction through multiple pedagogical approaches and instructional materials to effectively address varied learning styles and capabilities.
Foster a classroom atmosphere that is inclusive, supportive, and effectively managed, ensuring all students feel valued and engaged.
Evaluates and tracks students’ academic progress, offering timely and actionable feedback to support their development.

Required Competencies:

Seeking a highly organized professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and possessing strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating team schedules, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records.
A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Statistics, or an equivalent field is required.
A teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, B. Ed., or an equivalent credential, is highly desirable.
