Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development is necessary. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are critical. Prior experience with Agile methodologies is preferred. Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and translating technical details into non-technical terms are also required. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Statistics, or a closely related discipline is required.
A teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, B. Ed., or an equivalent certification, is strongly preferred.
