Plan and craft Montessori-inspired lessons that captivate students’ interest while ensuring alignment with educational standards and developmental milestones. Deliver these lessons with enthusiasm and adaptability, fostering an inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and independent exploration.
Develop and maintain a secure, supportive, and engaging educational setting that fosters growth and development.
Facilitate the academic, social, and emotional growth of children through targeted support and guidance.
Develop educational resources and interactive classroom exercises to facilitate effective learning experiences.
Maintain open, professional communication with parents and guardians to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly.
Observe and evaluate students’ development, ensuring an accurate understanding of their comprehension and skill acquisition. Regularly monitor performance to identify strengths and areas requiring additional support, providing actionable insights to inform instructional strategies.
We seek candidates possessing the following essential qualifications: proficiency in relevant software applications, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Additionally, prior experience in a similar role, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and familiarity with industry-specific regulations are highly desirable. The ideal applicant will demonstrate adaptability, time management proficiency, and a commitment to continuous learning to support organizational objectives effectively.
Educational qualifications must include a diploma or degree in Education or a related discipline, with at least a Senior High School certificate as the minimum requirement.
Montessori credentialing, including certification or specialized training, is required for this position.
Preferred candidates will have prior teaching experience.
Demonstrates exceptional ability to manage classroom environments effectively and communicate clearly with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Individuals should demonstrate a strong commitment to early childhood education and child development.
