Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy-duty vehicles, including Sitrak and How models, as well as earthmoving equipment such as Shanty bulldozers and loaders.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance, execute comprehensive engine overhauls, address transmission repairs, service brake systems, inspect and repair suspension components, and perform steering system adjustments.
Perform welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and related attachments as required to maintain structural integrity and functionality.
Utilize diagnostic tools and service manuals to accurately diagnose problems and execute appropriate corrective measures.
Maintain precise documentation of all repairs performed, including the parts utilized, and the total hours dedicated to labor.
• Maintain strict adherence to manufacturer specifications and established safety standards for all work performed.
Oversee the inventory of frequently utilized spare parts and provide guidance on reordering procedures.
Responsibilities include providing guidance and support to junior mechanics or apprentices as needed.

Proven expertise in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems is required.
Skilled in operating diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and conventional mechanic tools with precision and efficiency.
Proficient in interpreting technical diagrams and service manuals written in English.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting substantial weights and operating effectively in outdoor or workshop environments.
