JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team.
• Spite, Team Comm 25, Hats, Baja, East Leon, and Lashing serve as the designated locations for this position.
Duties involve processing customer transactions, handling cash and card payments, and providing change accurately. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, assisting customers with inquiries or concerns, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Additional tasks may encompass operating point-of-sale systems, managing inventory levels, and balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is often preferred but not always required.
*Proficiency in using various software tools and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms.*
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.*
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.*
*Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding teams and driving project success.*
*Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards to ensure adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.*
*Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.*
• SHS Graduate
Capable of adapting to varying schedules and accommodating diverse time commitments.
• Possession of a valid Ghana Card is required.
• Experience is a plus
