JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role involves delivering exceptional Mathematics instruction to secondary school students in alignment with the Cambridge International Curriculum. Additionally, it aims to cultivate students’ numerical proficiency, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities while nurturing their self-assurance in mathematics and equipping them for success in Cambridge assessments and subsequent academic endeavors.
Oversee critical operational duties including strategic planning and daily management activities to ensure organizational objectives are consistently met. Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to enhance productivity and achieve departmental targets. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making processes. Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while optimizing resource allocation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across all projects.
Plan, create, and instruct dynamic Mathematics lessons that adhere to the standards set by the Cambridge International Curriculum.
• Equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve outstanding results in Cambridge assessments by implementing proven instructional techniques and fostering a rigorous academic environment.
Develop engaging instructional materials that foster the cultivation of critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities among students.
Employ diverse instructional strategies and materials to effectively address the varied learning preferences and capabilities of students.
Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that is inclusive, supportive, and effectively managed to foster optimal learning conditions.
Evaluate and track students’ academic performance while offering meaningful, actionable feedback to foster improvement and growth.
Collaborate with professionals across various STEM disciplines to foster an integrated approach to education and research initiatives.
Demonstrate leadership or provide assistance in organizing and facilitating Mathematics-focused extracurricular initiatives, including math clubs, competitive events, and enrichment workshops.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality. Prior leadership or project management experience is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Statistics, or a closely related discipline is required.
A teaching qualification, such as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.), or an equivalent credential, is desirable.
Demonstrates a strong background in instructing students according to the standards and frameworks established by the Cambridge International Curriculum.
Possesses robust expertise in Mathematics with a talent for articulating complex ideas in an accessible, engaging manner.
