To deliver exceptional service to every customer, maintain a welcoming environment by warmly greeting and acknowledging each individual, upholding superior standards, demonstrating comprehensive product expertise, and executing all other essential customer service responsibilities.

Provide support to clients throughout the loan application process.

Perform comprehensive on-site loan assessments and gather exhaustive data, including personal and business information as well as guaranties.

Present the loan proposal to the loan committee for review and approval.

In the event of delayed repayments, initiate and coordinate appropriate recovery measures to mitigate potential losses and ensure timely resolution.

Consistently engage with clients by scheduling and conducting on-site visits to ensure ongoing communication and relationship management.

Engage proactively as a key stakeholder within the intervention zone by dedicating the majority of your time to fieldwork and cultivating reliable partnerships with local small business owners.

Maintain comprehensive and meticulous records for every client, ensuring thorough documentation of all interactions and data.

Devise and implement a structured weekly schedule outlining key tasks and client visits to ensure operational efficiency and timely completion of assignments.

Facilitate the dissemination of relevant information and proven strategies among team members to foster a collaborative and informed work environment.

Analyze client portfolios through the utilization of operational reports.

Proficient candidates must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in relevant software applications, including data analysis tools and project management platforms, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to convey complex information clearly and collaborate efficiently with stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.

A minimum qualification of a Diploma, Higher National Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Requires at least one year of professional experience, including National Service.

Proficiency in the operations and market dynamics of micro and small businesses is considered beneficial.
