The compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with retirement savings options. GHS 300 per month, contingent upon performance, supplemented by a 10% commission on sales and an additional 50% of the mark-up variance.
