Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions in heavy-duty vehicles, including Sitrak and How models, as well as earthmoving equipment such as Shanty bulldozers and loaders.
• Responsible for executing preventive maintenance, conducting engine overhauls, performing transmission repairs, servicing brake systems, and addressing suspension and steering issues.
Perform welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and attachments as required.
Leverage diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service manuals to accurately diagnose problems and perform the necessary repairs to restore optimal functionality.
Accurately document all repair activities, including parts utilized and labor hours expended.
Ensure that all work strictly adheres to manufacturer specifications as well as relevant safety standards.
Oversee the inventory of frequently utilized spare parts and provide guidance on restocking requirements.
Oversee and guide junior mechanics or apprentices as needed to ensure their professional growth and development.

With a minimum of 3–5 years of practical expertise in operating and maintaining Chinese heavy-duty trucks and construction machinery, including but not limited to Shanty, Streak, How, and comparable brands, the ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in handling these specialized vehicles.
Demonstrates extensive expertise in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems.
Skilled in operating diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and a variety of standard mechanic tools to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues.
Proficient in interpreting technical diagrams and service manuals written in English.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting substantial components and operating effectively in both outdoor and workshop environments.
