The Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MFA) is responsible for formulating and implementing policies that enhance agricultural productivity and ensure food security across the nation. This program targets the enhancement of local livelihoods while ensuring long-term environmental viability through targeted interventions, capacity-building initiatives, and collaborative partnerships with stakeholders at all levels. By integrating innovative approaches to resource management and market access, the project aims to create a balanced framework that supports both economic prosperity and ecological preservation in rural regions.

The PROSPER Project is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in advanced project management software and tools is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory, and professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
