A reputable hospital in Accra is in search of a Chartered Accountant to join their esteemed team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are required. The ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines is crucial. Knowledge of cost accounting principles and budgeting is a must. Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency are mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills to work in a team-oriented environment are also important.
• Affiliation with ICA-Ghana, ARCA, or CIA is a mandatory credential for this position.
With a minimum of five years of professional experience gained post-qualification, prior work within a hospital environment would be considered advantageous.
A thorough understanding of IFRS, Ghanaian tax regulations, and financial reporting standards is required.
