JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Client Relations Officer will cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships while ensuring their satisfaction, in addition to identifying new client opportunities. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and feedback through various communication channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and more. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong articulation, exceptional organizational skills, and a client-focused mindset.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in a range of technical and interpersonal competencies. Strong analytical abilities are essential, along with exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges effectively.
