We seek candidates with the following qualifications: a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment and a keen attention to detail are essential. Additionally, familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is required, along with the capacity to adapt to evolving priorities. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. A high school diploma, SHS certificate, or an equivalent qualification is required.

Skilled candidates should possess 1–2 years of hands-on sales experience, with preference given to those familiar with FMCG or open market distribution channels.

Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and communication is essential to excel in this role.

Demonstrated capability to execute tasks autonomously while consistently achieving established sales objectives.

Demonstrates working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and/or sales tracking systems.
