Job Summary

The Trade Developer will spearhead field-level sales initiatives and optimize market coverage to enhance brand visibility while driving agent productivity. In their designated territory, they will be tasked with meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through strategic execution and performance management.

Oversee a range of critical duties, including the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and deadlines. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and achieve milestones. Conduct regular progress assessments, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate challenges. Identify and onboard new individual wallet customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient registration process.

Facilitate wallet activation and guarantee that customers complete their initial transactions.

Facilitate the onboarding process at various locations, including markets, university campuses, transit stations, and community gatherings.

• Source and integrate solo entrepreneurs and small to mid-sized enterprises as new business partners.

Ensure merchants are thoroughly informed about the product features and benefits to enhance their ability to leverage the offering effectively.

Assist agents in driving customer acquisition initiatives and executing promotional campaigns to enhance market reach and engagement.

Devise and implement field marketing and promotional initiatives to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.

Maintain meticulous documentation of every onboarding procedure to ensure comprehensive and precise record-keeping throughout the process.

Required qualifications include proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset to interpret complex datasets accurately. Excellent communication skills are essential for conveying insights to stakeholders effectively. Experience with SQL and Python is mandatory for data extraction and manipulation tasks. Additionally, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred for scalable data solutions. The ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities under deadlines is also required.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics, coupled with at least three years of experience in a related role.
