Job Summary

The Field Recruiter plays a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and evaluating qualified candidates for diverse job opportunities through proactive field initiatives, community involvement, and targeted outreach efforts. This position encompasses the identification of prospective talent, conducting preliminary assessments, and facilitating the recruitment process to achieve established hiring objectives.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence, including managing daily tasks, coordinating team activities, and implementing strategic initiatives. Facilitate smooth workflows by delegating responsibilities effectively, monitoring progress, and resolving any arising challenges promptly. Maintain clear communication channels to align team objectives with organizational goals, fostering collaboration and accountability. Additionally, analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements in efficiency and productivity.

• Identify and engage potential candidates through proactive field visits, participation in job fairs, leveraging professional referrals, and conducting targeted community outreach initiatives.

To promote job openings, we will disseminate vacancy notices strategically across designated geographic areas.

Perform preliminary evaluations and interviews of candidate applications.

Facilitate seamless application submissions and onboarding procedures for candidates.

Develop and oversee a comprehensive repository of prospective candidates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all times.

• Facilitate the scheduling of interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.

• Strive to meet established recruitment targets promptly while adhering to specified timelines.

Maintain precise documentation and reports pertaining to recruitment activities.

Must demonstrate proficiency with standard office software, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for evaluating complex situations and developing effective solutions. Familiarity with project management principles and the capacity to work autonomously while meeting deadlines are critical. Additionally, prior experience in a collaborative environment and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities are highly valued.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of professional experience in IT, software development, or a similar role is necessary. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are a must. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also required. Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development best practices is preferred.

A minimum of a high school diploma supplemented by a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is required.

Professional candidates will ideally possess prior experience in recruitment, sales, or field operations.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with the ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships.

Demonstrated capability to operate autonomously and undertake extensive travel as part of the role’s demands.

Must possess a valid motorcycle license and demonstrate the capability to operate a motorcycle safely and efficiently.

Demonstrates strong capabilities in organizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
