Job Summary
Our esteemed client in the creative sector is recruiting a Production Assistant to oversee and maintain equipment integral to specialized services, including UV printing, laser cutting, and additional production workflows.
Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, allocate resources efficiently, and mitigate potential risks throughout project lifecycles. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and drive sustainable growth. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate performance metrics, address gaps, and implement corrective measures as needed. Serve as a liaison between leadership and teams to ensure clear communication, alignment of priorities, and adherence to company policies and industry standards.
• Position situated in Accra, specifically within the Kinda district.
Operate and maintain a variety of machinery integral to UV printing, laser cutting, and additional production operations, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to established protocols.
• Verify that machinery is properly configured for each production run and operates in accordance with established specifications.
Perform thorough quality inspections on completed products to verify compliance with Fusion 360’s stringent quality criteria.
Monitor and document any discrepancies or anomalies encountered throughout the production cycle and promptly escalate them for resolution.
Conduct systematic maintenance procedures on machinery to sustain peak operational efficiency.
Investigate and resolve minor technical issues promptly and efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Ensure strict compliance with all established safety protocols and operational guidelines when utilizing machinery.
Notify the Operations Manager promptly of any observed safety hazards or concerns to ensure timely intervention and resolution.
Collaborate closely with the production team and other relevant departments to ensure adherence to established production timelines and schedules.
Ensure seamless collaboration and operational efficiency by maintaining clear, professional communication with all team members.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of machine configurations, production yields, and maintenance logs.
• Deliver consistent reports on machine functionality and operational status.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and bolster production efficiency through targeted improvements.
Partner with the Operations Manager to drive and execute enhancements within the operational framework.

Proficiency in GAAP, IFRS, and ERP systems is essential, as is a strong grasp of financial analysis and forecasting methodologies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary to collaborate with stakeholders across departments. The candidate must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with machine operation in a related sector is required.
A valid driver’s license, specifically of Type C or higher, is required.
Experienced Machine Operators with a demonstrated background in production or manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in UV printing, laser cutting, or comparable fabrication techniques is considered an advantageous skill.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to accurately interpret and execute complex technical directives.
