We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team in this pivotal position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and driving project milestones to ensure timely and effective execution. Requirements include a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role, proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, the capacity to manage multiple priorities, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

The Video Editor serves as the driving force behind the digital team’s production pipeline. In this role, you will convert the founder’s sermons, teachings, and event recordings into compelling content distributed to millions of viewers weekly on Facebook and YouTube. This position goes beyond standard video editing—it demands keen editorial judgment to identify the most engaging 90-second segments from a 60-minute sermon, technical expertise to execute edits to broadcast-quality standards, and a deep level of spiritual discernment to ensure the founder’s teachings are presented with reverence and precision.

You will oversee the creation of Reels for both Facebook and Instagram, manage YouTube uploads, and establish live stream workflows for events and services. In collaboration with the Social Media Manager, you will ensure content is tailored and optimized for each platform before publication.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are achieved efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity and maintain compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and present data-driven insights to senior management to inform decision-making. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development while ensuring adherence to company values and regulatory requirements.

Transform sermon materials into polished, platform-optimized video segments, including Reels (60–90 seconds), YouTube Shorts, Facebook clips, and full-length videos, ensuring a reliable weekly production schedule.

Oversee the YouTube channel’s operational aspects, including scheduling uploads, approving thumbnails, adding chapter markers, refining video descriptions, and ensuring a consistent posting schedule.

Crafting engaging Instagram and Facebook Reels is a key responsibility, which involves integrating caption overlays, fine-tuning audio for maximum impact, and ensuring each piece adheres to the distinct formatting guidelines of the respective platforms.

Develop and sustain a dynamic, live stream production workflow tailored for GPWS events and services, while collaborating with Dominion Studios to ensure seamless, large-scale production execution.

Maintain a systematically structured video archive within Google Drive, encompassing footage, exported files, and project files, adhering to the team’s designated naming conventions and folder organization protocols.

To maintain optimal video performance, diligently monitor updates to platform algorithms—especially Facebook’s 1-minute view threshold and YouTube’s watch time and retention metrics—and adjust editing strategies to align with these evolving requirements.

Experienced professionals should possess strong proficiency in [insert skill, e.g., financial analysis or project management], along with advanced competency in [mention another skill, if applicable, e.g., data visualization or stakeholder communication]. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of [relevant field or process, e.g., regulatory compliance or Agile methodologies].
