Handles monetary transactions with precision, processes payments via various methods including cash, credit, and digital platforms, and provides accurate change to customers. Responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer and adhering to strict cash handling procedures. Addresses customer inquiries regarding pricing, promotions, and receipts while ensuring a courteous and efficient checkout experience. Assists in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of low supplies. Follows all company policies and safety protocols to uphold operational standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS: The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, supported by a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Problem-solving capabilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are also critical. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role is preferred, with familiarity in scheduling, data entry, and basic bookkeeping being advantageous.
