The Field Manager oversees the precise implementation of daily and weekly schedules, operating entirely in the field. This role demands full accountability for crew preparedness, adherence to quality standards and standard operating procedures, as well as prompt decision-making to sustain operational efficiency.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high operational standards. Manage key initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and drive project completion with precision and efficiency. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, implement strategic solutions, and monitor progress toward established goals. Prepare and submit daily block summaries while verifying the accuracy of all EHS and field documentation.
Required Skills include proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and budgeting, with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical abilities. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience with financial software and ERP systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Knowledge of GAAP standards and regulatory compliance is required, along with the ability to interpret complex financial statements. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. Prior experience in financial reporting, audit support, or financial planning and analysis is preferred.
A degree or diploma in Forestry, Agriculture, or a closely related discipline is required.
