Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Husky injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Conduct routine and remedial maintenance on machinery and associated auxiliary systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Diagnose malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify root causes of failures and determine appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure all machinery is correctly configured and prepared for production runs to maintain optimal performance and efficiency.
Monitor machine operations and perform required adjustments to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Proactively reduce production interruptions by executing prompt repairs and performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
To uphold the established quality benchmarks, meticulously verify that all products adhere to specified performance and compliance criteria throughout the production lifecycle.
Responsible for preparing and managing maintenance records as well as compiling and submitting relevant reports in accordance with established procedures.
Adhere to all established safety protocols and organizational guidelines without exception.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to address and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Assist with the installation and commissioning of machinery as needed.
