Responsible for providing team members with comprehensive training and ongoing guidance to enhance their skills in selling and delivering bread effectively.

Ensure a consistent upward trajectory in daily sales targets to drive continuous performance improvement and exceed established benchmarks.

Compiles and presents daily sales metrics and customer acquisition data for review.

Assist customers in navigating the pre-order system for bread to ensure timely and efficient ordering.
