Collaborate with department heads to gain insights into business goals and craft HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.

• Provide strategic insights and analysis to enhance workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives.

Provide strategic guidance to the Head of Human Resources on emerging HR trends, data analytics, and industry best practices to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Offer recommendations to refine compensation frameworks, ensuring fair and competitive pay structures both internally and in comparison to market standards.

Work collaboratively with payroll and finance departments to maintain precise and prompt salary and benefits administration.

Provide support to team members by handling benefits enrollment and addressing inquiries related to health insurance, tier 3 contributions and withdrawals, as well as welfare contributions and withdrawals.

Maintain accurate records of absences, leaves, and overtime hours to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws, internal company policies, and relevant regulatory standards to maintain organizational integrity and legal compliance.

• Ensure HR policies and procedures remain current and compliant, then effectively disseminate updates to employees.

Oversee annual compliance audits and conduct performance appraisals in accordance with company regulations using tracked data.

Assisted by the Head of HR and CEO along with relevant stakeholders, this role provides oversight for the training and development function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and leadership priorities.

Gather and refresh data on training requirements on an ongoing basis, then compile and submit detailed reports to senior leadership for review and decision-making.

Contribute to the development and execution of employee wellness initiatives aimed at boosting job satisfaction and overall productivity.

Assessing the impact of training initiatives and implementing required modifications to enhance their efficacy.

• Support the execution of performance appraisal systems, including the establishment of objectives, mid-year evaluations, and end-of-year assessments, as well as the development of key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Oversee performance management cycles and assist departmental heads in executing reviews.

Offer guidance to team members regarding performance enhancement and professional growth opportunities.

Champion efforts aimed at fostering a welcoming and diverse work environment where collaboration and mutual respect thrive.

Distribute essential internal communications, including HR updates, policy revisions, and training notifications.

Support the department by executing additional HR administrative duties as assigned.

To cultivate a robust safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the program, implement and uphold the safeguarding policy as a cornerstone of operations. Serve as the primary resource for consultation, direction, and specialist knowledge on safeguarding, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment for all stakeholders.

To oversee team members’ development, ensure they receive proper training, guidance, and access to necessary resources, addressing and implementing actions in compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.

In the event of any incident that necessitates reporting, adhere to the established safeguarding procedures and promote awareness of these protocols among colleagues to ensure compliance.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

A bachelor’s degree is required for this position.

A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely aligned field is required.

Professional certification, such as CHRMP, PRI, SPH Ri, or CIPD, is considered advantageous.

• Requires at least four years of professional experience in human resources.

Professional experience within the financial services or banking industry is strongly preferred for this position.

Proficient in Ghanaian labor laws and established human resources best practices.

Proven expertise in conducting training needs assessments, designing comprehensive curricula, and applying adult learning theories to enhance educational outcomes.

Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal abilities and professional communication expertise.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Maintains unwavering integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively in high-pressure environments while consistently delivering results within established deadlines.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to lead teams and manage personnel effectively, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
