• The designated contact for inquiries regarding the VIS GHANA Project is the Project Manager.
Coordinate and oversee field-level project activities to ensure adherence to implementation schedules, as outlined in the detailed activity plan.
Conduct routine data collection and data analysis to monitor project progress effectively.
• Facilitate seamless communication and information exchange between the project team, implementing partners, and community-level beneficiaries to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the initiative.
• Compile and deliver monthly and operational reports while providing consistent updates on ongoing activities, including multidisciplinary assessments.
Act as a liaison with diverse community stakeholders to engage and mobilize key figures—including community leaders, representatives, and local government officials—ensuring their active participation in the execution and enhancement of project initiatives.
Oversee the logistical components of the scholarship program, which encompasses coordinating the application processes, facilitating communication with recipients, and maintaining associated documentation.
• Provide oversight of daily expenditures, compile the necessary supporting documentation, and verify that all expense-related records are submitted to the administrative office in a timely manner.
Oversee field procurement operations by assessing requirements, securing supplier relationships, soliciting quotations, and adhering to established organizational policies and procedures.
• Additionally, the individual may be tasked with performing other duties or functions as required to support the Project Manager in fulfilling the organization’s service objectives.
The essential qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is mandatory, alongside expertise in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is highly preferred.
