JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are a reputable international trade and used vehicle export firm experiencing growth in Ghana. To support this expansion, we are actively recruiting a proactive and driven Sales Professional who possesses extensive knowledge of the local used car market.
Oversee and execute core duties, including managing daily operations to ensure seamless workflow, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity across all departments. Perform regular assessments of team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance individual and collective output. Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with overarching business objectives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Additionally, foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while upholding rigorous quality and compliance standards.
• Located at Team Community 12, this position involves on-site responsibilities and engagement with local stakeholders.
• Responsible for expanding wholesale and retail sales of pre-owned vehicles within Accra, Team, and adjacent regions to meet established sales objectives.
• Market Insight & Evaluation: Maintain a strong pulse on the used car market by thoroughly analyzing market trends, vehicle valuations, and evolving customer preferences.
• Cultivating strong, enduring connections with local automotive dealers, wholesalers, and private consumers to bolster brand credibility and loyalty.
– Minimum of three years of experience in a related field
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
– Experience with project management methodologies and tools
– Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques
– Familiarity with CRM systems and enterprise resource planning software
Remuneration
• Candidates must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in used car sales, with a solid track record in retail or wholesale operations.
• Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in the Accrual and Team used car market landscape, including intricate trading mechanisms and operational dynamics.
Energetic professionals under the age of 35 should possess outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
Monday through Saturday, with scheduling required throughout the week.
• The compensation package features a competitive base salary paired with a sales commission structure, both of which are open to negotiation contingent upon the candidate’s level of experience.
