Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to managing daily operations, coordinating team activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, and fostering a productive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align goals, streamline processes, and drive efficiency. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and implement strategic improvements to enhance productivity and quality. • Promote the Retreat Centre’s services

Develop and cultivate prospective client relationships to generate high-quality leads, subsequently converting them into confirmed bookings for services or events.

Cultivate and nurture enduring connections with clients to foster mutual trust and long-term partnerships. Ensure consistent communication and service excellence to meet and exceed client expectations. Regularly assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support and address any concerns promptly and professionally.

Provide assistance to marketing and business development initiatives by performing a range of tasks to enhance outreach, engagement, and strategic growth efforts.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Applicants must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
