Job Summary

Serve as the primary liaison for designated client accounts, cultivating and sustaining robust connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the organization.
Provide expert guidance to clients on HR policies, ensure adherence to employment laws, and recommend best practices aimed at risk mitigation and improved workforce productivity.
Responsibilities include the prompt preparation and distribution of essential HR documentation, including employment agreements, contract renewals, formal correspondence, and internal memos.
Maintain meticulous and current employee records, encompassing contracts, personnel files, and all HR-related documentation.
Responsible for supervising all outsourced staff interactions, coordinating new hire orientation sessions, and facilitating the employee exit process.
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, leave entitlements, and other human resources-related inquiries.
• Accumulate and authenticate employee information to facilitate accurate payroll computations.
Handle employee inquiries regarding attendance discrepancies, salary adjustments, and other benefit payment concerns.
• Verify and maintain complete and accurate Ghana Card and SSN IT information for all employees.
• Liaise with internal teams (recruitment, accounts, IT, training, etc.) to deliver holistic HR solutions that meet client needs.
Ensure all scanned employment documents pertaining to client employees are submitted promptly each month.
Stay abreast of industry developments and advancements in HR technologies to spearhead innovation and implement leading practices effectively.
Ensure accountability by providing timely weekly reports and comprehensive monthly reports to management.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential. Candidates must possess at least three years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in Python, Java, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail are required. Proficiency in version control systems such as Git is necessary. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is advantageous. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also critical for this role.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Possesses a minimum of one to two years of professional experience in Human Resource Management or an equivalent capacity.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Possesses a solid understanding of human resources best practices, applicable employment legislation, and necessary regulatory compliance standards.
