Job Summary

Our esteemed international manufacturing client is in search of dedicated, technically proficient professionals to enhance their steel processing facility team. Prospective employees will be tasked with the operation of steel processing equipment, contributing to production workflows, upholding stringent quality benchmarks, and guaranteeing both safety and operational efficiency within the facility.

Key duties involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables, ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards. Additionally, the role entails overseeing daily operations to maintain efficiency and productivity, while identifying opportunities for process improvements. Execute steel processing and fabrication machinery, such as cutting, bending, pressing, and profiling equipment.

Execute manufacturing tasks in strict adherence to technical schematics, prescribed specifications, and established operational guidelines.

Operate and ensure the proper functioning of essential machinery, including bending machines, shearing machines, and steel forming equipment.

Perform regular equipment inspections, thorough cleanings, and essential maintenance tasks to maintain optimal operational efficiency.

• Ensure consistent product quality by vigilantly overseeing the entire production process and immediately escalating any defects or deviations to the appropriate personnel.

Provide support in the movement, stacking, and systematic arrangement of raw materials and finished goods to maintain efficient workflow and storage.

Uphold a tidy and well-organized production environment by adhering to workplace safety protocols and implementing 5S principles consistently.

Strict adherence to established workplace health and safety protocols is mandatory, and all required protective equipment must be utilized consistently and correctly.

• Compile detailed documentation of production activities, promptly escalating any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or operational obstacles to relevant supervisors for resolution.

Collaborate effectively with the production team to consistently meet daily production goals.

Execute any additional duties associated with factory operations or production processes as directed by management.
