JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position involves overseeing key operational and strategic initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering sustainable growth. The Digital Marketing and Analytics Strategist serves as the analytical backbone of the team, focusing on performance evaluation and data-driven insights. While content creation and distribution fall to other team members, your role involves assessing the effectiveness of those efforts. You oversee platform analytics, track performance metrics, pinpoint growth drivers, and highlight underperforming areas, then convert those findings into actionable recommendations. Additionally, you lead the ministry’s Facebook monetization recovery initiative and are tasked with optimizing all available digital revenue opportunities for the ministry.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless organizational functionality, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining adherence to established protocols. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality standards across departments. Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff, facilitating clear communication and fostering a collaborative work environment. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose data-driven solutions to optimize processes and achieve business objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include overseeing analytics for all social media platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. This involves collecting weekly and monthly performance data, analyzing trends, and compiling a comprehensive digital report for leadership.

Monthly, maintain and update the organizational Reporting Dashboard to ensure all digital metrics are entered accurately and punctually.

• Oversee digital monetization initiatives, ensuring escalation support is handled, payout verification processes are coordinated, compliance requirements are managed, and status updates are reported on a weekly basis.

Develop and execute comprehensive audience growth strategies across multiple platforms, encompassing campaign planning, strategic post boosting initiatives, and seamless collaboration with the Creative Director to tailor content specifically aimed at expanding reach.

Oversee the website by ensuring technical updates are implemented, uploading sermons weekly, and maintaining the event pages.

• Track the digital competitive environment, including the activities and strategies of other faith-based organizations and ministry pages, and provide pertinent insights and opportunities to the Creative Director.

• Provide digital support for marketing and launch initiatives, focusing on digital acquisition strategies, and monitor conversion rates from social engagement to enrollment completion.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify efficient solutions and drive decision-making processes. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly. Demonstrated experience in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and allocate resources appropriately. Familiarity with industry-specific software or methodologies relevant to the role’s responsibilities. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving technologies and business needs. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards. What You Bring

Requires a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media analytics, or growth strategy development.

You possess robust analytical capabilities and a proficiency with data, enabling you to extract a Meta Business Suite export, construct a concise summary in Google Sheets, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders without a technical background.

• Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and YouTube Studio to manage digital content effectively.

Proficient in using Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on website traffic and user behavior, enabling data-driven decision-making and optimization of digital marketing strategies.

A strong familiarity with Facebook’s monetization infrastructure, proficiency in Creator Studio, a thorough grasp of Partner Monetization Policies, and expertise in payout configuration are highly advantageous for this role, particularly given the demands of the live workstream.

Proven competency in managing basic website operations using WordPress or a comparable CMS platform is essential; website development skills are not required—primary duties involve content updates and page management.
