Job Summary

A dynamic Sales Officer is required to focus on the sales, promotion, and distribution of premium dairy and refrigerated products to a diverse range of clients, including hospitality establishments, retail outlets, food service providers, and educational institutions.

Oversee and execute a diverse array of critical duties, including ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining project timelines, and fostering team collaboration to achieve organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance productivity while aligning with company-wide goals and industry best practices. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation. Act as a liaison between senior management and staff to facilitate transparent communication and resolve escalated issues promptly. Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies to mitigate risks and maintain accountability. • Cultivate and sustain robust, mutually beneficial connections with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Proactively seek out and engage new prospects to expand the customer base.

• Track market trends and analyze competitor actions to identify strategic opportunities and potential threats.

Increase revenue and market penetration across designated territories and distribution routes.

• Verify consistent product availability in all retail locations.

• Perform periodic on-site customer visits and subsequent follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Facilitate the introduction and promotion of new products to ensure successful market entry and visibility.

Ensure that product displays are consistently optimized for maximum visibility and visual appeal, thereby enhancing customer engagement and driving sales.

Compile and distribute weekly sales and stock reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of inventory and sales performance.
