Evaluating the existing nutrition and associated health service framework for underserved and most vulnerable groups, with special emphasis on women and children within designated areas, constitutes a key responsibility.
Review the progress of critical outcome and indicators as defined in the project’s Performance Measurement Framework (PMF).
Conduct an assessment of perspectives held by community members, local stakeholders, and prospective partners concerning the development, handling, and preservation of nutritious food options, food security initiatives, and the overall resilience of the community.
Assess factors that either facilitate or hinder the incorporation of gender-responsive nutrition strategies within district-level policies and programming.

Primary data collection involves various methods, including surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs), key informant interviews (Kids), and structured observation, depending on the methodology specified in the proposal.
The secondary data review process must encompass project reports, baseline findings, district- and regional-level health and nutrition data, as well as any pertinent literature.
All methodologies and tools implemented must facilitate disaggregation by sex and age, as applicable.
The consultant is required to utilize participatory, inclusive, and ethically responsible approaches while adhering to Children Believe’s stringent policies on child safeguarding, protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), data protection, and privacy regulations.
