JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing operational strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational efficiency. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance workflow productivity and ensure adherence to industry standards. Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing resource allocation, mitigating risks, and fostering innovation across teams. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions. Serve as a liaison between departments to align objectives, streamline communication, and facilitate seamless integration of processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining a focus on sustainability and ethical business practices.

• Positions are based in Accra, specifically at the Dome and Kaneohe branches.

• Cultivate and oversee client relationships to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction.

• Expand market presence by identifying and securing new customers to enhance overall coverage.

Devise and implement sales strategies with precision to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

• Maintain optimal product display, effective merchandising strategies, and consistent stock availability across all retail locations.

Regularly perform market visits to observe competitor actions and analyze pricing trends.

Gather order details, manage payment processing, and coordinate deliveries to ensure they meet scheduled timelines.

Assess and evaluate customer requirements, product efficacy, and evolving market dynamics to deliver informed insights.

• Ensure precise documentation of sales activities and generate periodic reports.

Required Skills: Proven experience in project management with a minimum of three years in a relevant field, strong proficiency in industry-standard software tools, and excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Candidates must demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements is essential, as is the ability to lead cross-functional teams with a collaborative and results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma / SHS Certificate or equivalent.

Seeking candidates with a demonstrated track record of 1 to 2 years in sales, ideally within FMCG or open market distribution sectors.

• Exceptional ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly and persuasively.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Possesses a strong understanding of the local market and territory.

Demonstrates working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite or comparable sales tracking platforms.
