Identify and mitigate potential risks, address operational challenges, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Coordinate and monitor the maintenance and repair of company buildings and coordination operational services.
Perform regular assessments to pinpoint maintenance and service requirements, guaranteeing prompt resolution of identified issues.
Collaborate with contractors, clients, and service providers to uphold and enhance service quality standards.
Track utility consumption diligently and promptly escalate any discrepancies or anomalies detected during monitoring procedures.

• Maintain records of facility maintenance activities, assets, and service contracts.
Provide assistance for office relocations, renovation initiatives, and facility enhancement projects.
Ensure the company premises remain consistently clean and well-maintained at all times.
Assist with the oversight of facility-related financial planning, including budget preparation and expense tracking to ensure fiscal accountability and resource optimization.
Respond without delay to any facility-related concerns or emergencies as they arise.
Ensure that all facility equipment operates correctly while maintaining sufficient supplies at all times.
As a key contributor to our team, you will possess a proven track record of success in the following areas: proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques, including statistical modeling and predictive analytics; expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI; strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills; excellent written and verbal communication to articulate complex findings clearly; and the capacity to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments. Additionally, you should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to emerging technologies and methodologies in the field.
Proficient in strategic planning, adept at critical evaluation, and skilled in collaborative problem-solving. Demonstrates exceptional organizational leadership and demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Exhibits a high degree of adaptability in dynamic environments and maintains a keen focus on delivering measurable results through efficient project management. Requires proficiency in data analysis and decision-making capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
A bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Building Technology, Engineering, Estate Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of four years of professional experience in facilities management, property management, administration, or a closely related field is required.
Proficient understanding of building maintenance protocols, adherence to health and safety regulations, and efficient facility operations management is required.
Demonstrates exceptional organizational prowess and a keen aptitude for problem resolution.

Demonstrates strong competency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to leverage advanced features for document creation, data analysis, and presentation development.
