JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Security Officer position is currently available for immediate employment in Accra.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven expertise in project management, with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
Prior security-related experience is beneficial.
