Job Summary

The Trade Developer is tasked with enhancing field-level sales performance and optimizing market coverage to boost brand visibility, agent productivity, and the attainment of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within their designated territory.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflow efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Act as a liaison between senior management and departmental teams to facilitate clear communication and alignment of goals. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment by mentoring staff and promoting professional development initiatives.

• Positions are available in various neighborhoods, including Circle, OSU, Makola, Kaneohe, Accra New Town, Tutu, and Alabama.

Responsibilities include sourcing and integrating new individual wallet customers onto the platform.

Facilitate wallet activation and guarantee that customers complete their initial transactions.

Provide assistance during onboarding initiatives across markets, campuses, transport hubs, and community gatherings.

• Engage and integrate new individual merchants and small to medium-sized enterprises as valued partners.

Ensure merchants are fully informed about the product’s features and benefits, clarifying any technical details or advantages that may influence their decision-making process.

Provide assistance to customer service representatives in executing initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers and driving promotional campaigns.

• Implement field marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Maintain precise documentation of every onboarding activity throughout the process to ensure compliance and facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.

We are seeking candidates with proficiency in written and verbal communication, the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments, and a strong attention to detail. • A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in field sales roles is required.

Professionals with a background in Mobile Money, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, or a comparable field will be given preference.

Proven ability to utilize CRM platforms effectively is required.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, with a focus on proficient application of these tools.

Capable of analyzing sales targets and performance indicators with precision and insight to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Proficiency in the mobile money ecosystem and digital payments is desirable.
