Experienced butcher required to manage meat processing, cutting, and preparation to meet customer demand and maintain high hygiene standards. Must possess proficiency in handling various types of meat, including beef, pork, and poultry, with precision and care. Duties include trimming, portioning, and packaging meat products, as well as operating slicing and grinding machinery safely and efficiently. Candidates should demonstrate a strong knowledge of meat cuts, food safety regulations, and inventory management. Excellent hand-eye coordination, physical stamina, and attention to detail are essential for this role. Previous butchery experience is highly desirable.
Proficient in data analysis and statistical modeling, with a strong background in mathematics or a related quantitative field. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights. Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and automation. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to effectively communicate findings. Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering high-quality results within deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Adept at identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to support strategic decision-making.
