JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Position: Available in Amazon, Kumasi

Monday through Friday, the position requires availability from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Seeking individuals with a keen ability to uncover and cultivate fresh business prospects.

• Responsible for identifying and cultivating potential clients while effectively guiding them through the sales funnel to secure new business opportunities.

Facilitate in-person consultations, deliver engaging presentations, and showcase product or service capabilities through live demonstrations.

• Foster and nurture robust customer relationships to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction.

Respond promptly and thoroughly to customer inquiries as well as requests to ensure all concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Achieve and surpass the designated sales quotas assigned to the role.

Compile sales reports and deliver insightful market feedback to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.

• Track competitor activities and analyze market trends to identify strategic insights and opportunities for differentiation.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to uphold and enhance the standard of customer service excellence.

Consistently embody the organization’s values and maintain a polished professional demeanor in every interaction.

Required skills include proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must demonstrate experience with relevant software tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana. Additionally, a solid understanding of risk management principles, budget tracking, and resource allocation is essential. The ideal applicant should possess strong leadership capabilities, the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within specified deadlines. Prior experience in a similar role or industry-specific knowledge may be advantageous.

A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Communication Studies, or a closely related discipline is required.

The compensation for this position ranges from GHS 1,400 to GHS 1,700 per month.
