Role Purpose

The Workshop Foreman / Supervisor oversees the maintenance and operational readiness of all vehicles, motorcycles, and machinery essential to supporting Exoplanet Bamboo’s plantation and field operations, ensuring their availability, reliability, safety, and peak performance.

This position delivers hands-on technical leadership while overseeing workshop operations, spare parts inventory management, maintenance scheduling, emergency breakdown response, and seamless collaboration with Operations teams.
