Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify priorities, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress to achieve desired outcomes. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and mitigate potential risks. • Sales & Business Development: Spearhead wholesale and retail sales of pre-owned vehicles within Accra, Team, and surrounding regions to meet established sales targets.
• Market Insight & Evaluation: Maintain a thorough understanding of the used car market, meticulously analyzing market trends, vehicle valuations, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with local car dealers, wholesalers, and individual buyers to strengthen brand credibility and foster long-term partnerships.
Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication is essential. Proven experience with project management software and tools is required. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting is a must. Strong organizational and time management abilities are crucial. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is mandatory. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills are necessary. Experience working in a collaborative team environment is preferred.
