Role Purpose
The Workshop Foreman/Supervisor oversees the maintenance of vehicles, motorcycles, and machinery essential to Exoplanet Bamboo’s plantation and field operations, ensuring their availability, reliability, safety, and peak performance.
This role provides handson technical leadership while also managing workshop operations, spare parts inventory, maintenance planning, breakdown response, and coordination with the Operations teams. The position is critical to minimizing downtime, maintaining productivity targets, and ensuring safe, compliant use of fleet and equipment in demanding field conditions.
This position collaborates closely with the Operations Manager and Field Managers to ensure equipment readiness aligns with both daily and seasonal operational demands.

Team members in this role manage the lifecycle of records, from creation and storage to retrieval and disposal, while adhering to established policies and compliance standards. Additionally, they generate insightful reports to support strategic decision-making and conduct periodic audits to validate asset accountability and financial alignment.
