Job Summary

Ensure prompt wallet activation and facilitate customers in executing their initial transactions to drive adoption and engagement.

Demonstrate active involvement in enrollment initiatives across various venues, including markets, educational institutions, transportation centers, and local community gatherings.

• Source and integrate individual merchants and small to medium-sized enterprises into the platform.

To facilitate merchants’ comprehensive grasp of the product’s functionalities and advantages, it is essential to provide clear, detailed explanations and demonstrations. This involves articulating key features in a manner that resonates with their business needs, highlighting the unique benefits that differentiate the offering from competitors. Additionally, addressing any questions or concerns they may have ensures their confidence in the product’s value proposition.

Assist customer service representatives in driving customer acquisition initiatives and executing promotional campaigns to enhance engagement and growth.
