Job Summary

The Trade Developer will spearhead field-level sales initiatives, optimizing market penetration and enhancing brand presence while increasing agent productivity. Additionally, they will be tasked with meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives within their designated territory.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence and organizational success. Lead strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive performance through measurable outcomes. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with senior leadership to align business objectives with actionable plans, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform executive decision-making and long-term growth strategies.

Located within key commercial hubs such as Circle, OSU, Makola, Kaneohe, Accra New Town, Tutu, and Alabama, this role offers a central base with excellent connectivity across the city.

• Responsible for sourcing and integrating new individual wallet customers into the platform.

• Facilitate customer wallet activation and ensure completion of initial transactions to drive engagement and adoption.

• Support onboarding drives in markets, campuses, transport hubs, and community events.

• Identify and onboard individual merchants and SMEs.

• Ensure merchants understand product features and benefits

Provide assistance to customer service representatives in efforts aimed at attracting new customers and executing promotional initiatives.

Design and implement field marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Ensure meticulous documentation of all onboarding processes and activities, guaranteeing precise and up-to-date records throughout each stage of the integration.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a closely related field is required.

Requires a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in outside sales roles.

Professionals with a background in Mobile Money, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, or comparable sectors are encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrated working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platforms.

Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

Aptitude for analyzing sales targets and evaluating performance metrics is required.

Proficiency in the mobile money ecosystem and digital payment solutions is advantageous for this role.
