JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a reputable international trade and used vehicle export company experiencing growth in Ghana. To support this expansion, we are actively recruiting a proactive and driven Sales Professional with comprehensive knowledge of the local used car market.

Oversee a range of critical duties including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables meet established standards. Serve as the primary liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow efficiency. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement strategic improvements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to track progress, risks, and compliance with organizational policies. Foster a collaborative work environment by mentoring team members and delegating tasks based on individual strengths. Lead cross-functional initiatives to align business objectives with operational execution.

• Position: Located in Team Community 12

• Sales & Business Development: Spearhead the expansion of wholesale and retail sales of pre-owned vehicles within Accra, Team, and their surrounding regions, ensuring strict adherence to sales targets.

• Market Insight & Evaluation: Maintain a strong connection with the used car market, rigorously analyzing market trends, vehicle valuations, and customer preferences to ensure informed decision-making.

Develop and nurture strong, lasting connections with regional automotive dealers, distributors, and private purchasers to strengthen brand credibility and foster long-term partnerships.

REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python, alongside exceptional communication abilities for presenting insights effectively. Experience in project management methodologies and tools like Agile or Scrum is essential, as is familiarity with customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a strong grasp of financial principles, including budgeting and forecasting, while showcasing problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.

Energetic individuals under the age of 35 possessing strong communication and negotiation abilities are required.

The role requires availability from Monday through Saturday, inclusive.

A highly competitive base salary is offered, complemented by a negotiable sales commission structure that scales with your level of experience.
