Job Summary

As the Business Development Executive, your core responsibility will involve researching, proposing, and executing creative sales and marketing initiatives designed to enhance the company’s revenue growth. You will be tasked with driving and expanding sales through the implementation of data-driven marketing strategies, the identification of new business opportunities, and the direct sale of products to clients—all while consistently achieving and exceeding established sales targets.

Oversee a range of critical duties including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Manage cross-functional teams to drive project execution, monitor progress, and report on key performance metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and coordination. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while maintaining high standards of accountability and transparency throughout all activities.

Relocating to the Airport Residential Area is a requirement for this position.

Develop a robust network of strategic markets and clients while pinpointing essential assets and resources to accelerate business growth, ultimately driving sales objectives for the designated product portfolios.

• Implement initiatives designed to retain existing customers and devise plans to attract new ones.

Ensure seamless logistics for product supply from depot locations to end users.

We proactively research, assess, and prioritize emerging markets and customer segments to uncover viable prospects for expanding the distribution and sales of our company’s AGO product line.

Responsible for promoting and selling petroleum products (PMS and DPK) to prospective clients.

Leverage your specialized knowledge to anticipate emerging trends and recurring patterns in data analysis, proactively informing stakeholders of key findings and insights.

We oversee marketing initiatives, including activations, alongside customer service follow-ups to ensure cohesive engagement strategies.

Develop and execute cohesive brand communication strategies in collaboration with the company’s communications team to optimize product visibility and market presence.

Collaborate with colleagues to craft effective sales strategies that capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, organizational agility, and collaborative teamwork are essential. Candidates must exhibit a strong capacity for analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, or methodologies is required, as is the capability to adapt to evolving technological and procedural demands. Prior experience in a similar role or sector is highly advantageous, along with proven problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous professional development. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges is expected.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in software development. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are critical. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Excellent communication skills for documenting and presenting technical solutions are also necessary.

A Bachelor of Science in Marketing or an equivalent field is required.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software is required.

A proven track record of at least seven years in Sales and Marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with industry-specific experience in the oil and gas sector.

Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal competencies to foster productive working relationships.
