The Digital Marketing and Analytics Strategist serves as the analytical backbone of the team, focusing on evaluating the effectiveness of all digital initiatives. • Responsible for overseeing platform analytics across all social media channels, with a primary focus on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, including the collection of weekly and monthly performance metrics, analysis of emerging trends, and preparation of the weekly digital report for leadership.

To ensure the organizational Reporting Dashboard remains current, you will update and maintain it on a monthly basis, verifying that all digital metrics are inputted accurately and promptly.

• Spearhead digital monetization initiatives, ensuring timely resolution of escalated support issues, overseeing the payout verification process, maintaining compliance standards, and providing weekly status updates.

Develop and oversee audience growth initiatives across various digital platforms, encompassing strategic campaign planning, targeted post boosting techniques, and collaboration with the Creative Director to curate content optimized for expanding reach.

• Oversee the website’s technical maintenance, ensuring regular updates and the weekly addition of sermon content, while also administering event pages.

Monitor the digital competitive environment to track the initiatives of other faith-based organizations and ministry pages, subsequently identifying and presenting pertinent insights and opportunities to the Creative Director.

Provide assistance with marketing and digital launches as well as follow-up enrollment campaigns, focusing specifically on digital acquisition strategies to monitor and analyze conversion rates from social media to enrollment success.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in Google Analytics is essential for this role, requiring the ability to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics to inform data-driven decisions.

A strong grasp of Facebook’s monetization ecosystem—including Creator Studio, Partner Monetization Policies, and payout setup—would be highly beneficial for the role, particularly given the demands of the live operational workflow.

Proficient in managing basic website operations, including content updates and page management, through platforms such as WordPress or an equivalent CMS; prior website-building experience is not required.
