We are a well-established international trade and pre-owned vehicle export firm experiencing significant growth in Ghana. We are actively recruiting a proactive and energetic Sales Professional with a comprehensive understanding of the local used car market to strengthen our team.

Oversee core responsibilities encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement to drive organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve departmental and company-wide goals. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while mitigating risks. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights. Account Management: Oversee and enhance the organization’s primary social media profiles across Facebook (including Marketplace and Groups), Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business to drive engagement and achieve strategic objectives.

Capture stunning photographs and produce dynamic short videos of our pre-owned vehicles, ensuring each visual presentation highlights their pristine condition and standout features; compose persuasive captions that effectively convey their unique advantages and appeal to potential buyers.

• Lead Generation: Cultivate organic traffic and engagement by strategically optimizing hashtags, fostering community interactions, and producing compelling content, thereby converting online followers into high-quality sales leads for the sales team.

Monitor key performance metrics—including reach, engagement, video views, and inquiry rates—to assess and enhance social media effectiveness, conversion rates, and overall campaign success.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, with strong data analysis and reporting abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is preferred, along with a solid understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines is critical. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reporting is a plus.

Monday through Saturday, this position requires availability to fulfill scheduled work hours.
