Responsibilities include the prompt preparation and distribution of essential HR documentation, including employment contracts, contract renewals, official correspondence, and internal memos.

Responsible for supervising all outsourced staff engagement initiatives, administering new hire orientation programs, and ensuring a smooth and structured exit process for departing employees.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Experience with data analysis and reporting is also required, as is familiarity with industry-specific regulations. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of professional experience in full-stack development is essential.
