We are an established international trade and used vehicle export company. In response to our expanding operations in Ghana, we seek a proactive and driven Sales Professional with extensive knowledge of the local used car market to enhance our team.
Oversee and execute critical duties that include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and maintaining high standards of productivity and efficiency. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance team performance and drive project success. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align goals, resolve challenges, and foster a cohesive work environment. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and accountability. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all processes. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Location: Tema Community 12
• Sales & Business Development: Drive wholesale and retail sales of used vehicles in Accra/Tema and surrounding areas to achieve sales targets.
• Market Analysis & Insight: Maintain a strong grasp of the used car market by thoroughly evaluating market trends, vehicle valuations, and customer preferences.
• Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with local car dealers, wholesalers, and individual buyers to enhance brand trust.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of the dynamics, trends, and operational frameworks within the Accra and Team used car market ecosystem and trading processes.
Energetic professionals under the age of 35 possessing exceptional communication and negotiation abilities are sought.
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday
A negotiable base salary, paired with a competitive sales commission, is offered to align with the candidate’s level of experience.
